As the chaos of the Tourmente subsides, a reinvigorated Empire seeks to put civil strife behind it and look to the future.

All eyes are on Salzenmund, in the hope that it will offer opportunities and secure the Empire's coastline. It is a city of great wealth, with the nearby Silver Hills teeming with precious metals and trade flowing in from the Sea of Claws to the north. Cosmopolitan and dynamic, the cults of Sigmar, Manann and Ulric thrive here in relative harmony.

Warhammer Fantasy Roleplay - Salzenmund City of Salt and Silver promises opportunities and excitement for adventurous souls.

Explorers set out from the city to trade with the fur-clad Norscans or brave the sea to Lustria. But the newly installed and ambitious Gausser ruling family threatens the stability of the Empire. The head of the family talks of reconquering the Wasteland and defying their former masters at Middenheim.

In the taverns of the docks, vicious and dishonest people conspire to smuggle and piracy. Worse still, the honeyed whispers of forbidden cults lure the most desperate to the worship of Chaos.
