Miu Tse stars as the eponymous character in this martial arts action origin story co-directed by Li Xijie and Zhang Zhulin. After travelling to Hong Kong, Master Ip foils an attempted kidnapping of several women and in the process, starts a war with a human trafficking ring. For justice to prevail, he must take down the whole organisation including their leader, Mr Stark (Sergio De Ieso), and all who fight for him.
