Vinyl sticker of my reimagined space mission patches. This one is for the West Area Computing Unit, featured in the HIDDEN FIGURES book and film.

Perfect for the space entusiast's laptop cover, mobile phone etc, note book etc. High quality vinyl sticker with lasting adhesive.

The exhaust smoke from the rocket is made up of actual equations copied from Kathrine Johnson's and T. H. Skopinski's technical report 'Determination of Azimuth Angle at Burnout for Placing a Satellite Over a Selected Earth Position' that was used to calculate the trajectory of Glenn's Mercury capsule. The rocket in the image is the Atlas LV-3B carrying the Mercury capsule namned Friendship 7.
