Sumika rushes in and saves Kanoko before Yoko's scheme can escalate any further. They return to Sumika's house, and Sumika does her best to comfort her girlfriend. But, between the trauma of her encounter with Yoko and unresolved regrets of the past, Kanoko is struggling. She looks to Sumika for solace and now, having finally found someone she trusts, opens up about the truth of her past with Hime.
